Our founders started by serving a small group of experienced operators who needed a faster, more flexible alternative to bank financing.
We added bridge and rental loans, built out our operations team, and began lending in additional states as licensing allowed.
We introduced digital applications, online draw requests, and more robust reporting tools while crossing hundreds of millions in funded volume.

Alex has spent over a decade in private lending and has personally invested in multiple fix & flip and rental projects.
Jordan leads underwriting and portfolio management, with prior experience in commercial credit and residential development.
